Taco feel good Tuesday is a fan favorite.

When I make theme nights for dinner, everyone gets excited. That is because everyone loves consistency and routine, especially children.

I have noticed that this helps with my picky eater at home too. He is like, TACO TUESDAY! YES! GIVE ME SOME!

So here is a quick Taco Feel Good Tuesday dinner recipe for you. It is quick, it is nutritious and it is fun. We all need fun in our lives especially during the week.

Ingredients

1 LBS PROTEIN OF CHOICE
2 RIPE AVOCADOS
2 ROMA TOMATOES OR CHERRY TOMATOES
MEXICAN OR CHEDDAR CHEESE
SIETE HARD TACO SHELLS OR ALMOND FLOUR TORTILLAS
3 LIMES
SHREDDED CABBAGE (OPTIONAL FOR EXTRA CRUNCH AND NOURISHMENT)
CILANTRO (OPTIONAL)

Preparation
–COOK PROTEIN OF CHOICE.
–CUT AVOCADO INTO LONG STRIPS.
-CUT TOMATOES INTO SMALL SQUARES
-CUT LIMES IN HALF
-PLACE PROTEIN ON TORTILLA FIRST. THEN GARNISH WITH ALL OF THE VEGETABLES AND CHEESE. SQUEEZE LIME LAST.
